Join the Medication Pathfinder Network
- Membership in the Medication Pathfinder Network is limited to licensed pharmacists in good standing. To find out more about the Network, contact us by email to setup a live web conference and review the network and software.
- Interested pharmacists will be sent an enrollment packet to begin the credentialing
process.
You will need to:- Provide a copy of your license.
- Sign a network agreement.
- Sign a software license agreement.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Once you become credentialed, you will be considered the Master pharmacist on your Medication Pathfinder Account. Each Master pharmacist can obtain credentialling for 4 Accociate pharmacists.
- When you become credentialed, you will be emailed a username and password for the MTMPathTM MTMS software. In addition, you will be sent a tracking schedule so that you can learn about providing and marketing your MTM services. All training is done via web seminar and provided at convenient times for pharmacists.
